Training with the job hunting tools

Duration 1 month, maximum, for each workshop.

• Repeatable, eventually.
• Admission by subscription.
• Requires the previous session3.
• At least one workshop is required for the subsequent sessions (5 to 6).

Each candidate is accompanied by his coach during the whole duration of the session. They communicate by e-mail.

• The communication between the candidate and his coach is prepared by many exchanges between the candidates registered to the session.
• The principle is working in virtual and flexible teams. Inside any woorkshop, the candidates exchange their ideas, their tricks, some words of encouragement and many informations.
• All the candidates are not at the same stage of their progress. But they want to improve themselve in the same relationship technique. They try to reach the same targets. They meet similar difficulties.

For each workshop, a list of exercices is given to the candidate. They concern your contacts with decision-makers.

• Each candidate adresses some precise questions to several colleagues in the same worhshop. Each of them answers to all the others. While answering the questions of the others, you get a new look on your own practice.
• By this reciprocity you become an active member on the Network for Remote Activities.
• Along this multiple workshops you'll discover your particular skills. Your colleagues will recognize your speciality. A factor of sucess in your strategy !
• The different workshops offered by the fourth session are a microcosm, a reduced market for jobs and services. You have to invent many kinds of cooperation. You may discover some advantages to divide your work. Get specialized in your domain! Propose your services to your colleagues! Why don't you create a new workshop, becoming a specialized coach ? After all, this session prepares: Publishing your project on the RAD.
